We do not accept returns on personalized items unless there was a mistake made on our part. Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). We ask that you insure your return package against loss, as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns processing through our facility. Order Status
You can view your order status by going to My Account and clicking on the appropriate order number or you can Contact Us (please reference your Order Number). We will attempt to answer any and all questions accurately and thoroughly.

Shipping

We have several delivery options available to try and accommodate your needs. You can view an estimated shipping rate prior to checking out by clicking on estimate shipping in your shopping basket. You will need to contact us for shipping rates on any orders exceeding 50 pounds. You will receive a confirmation notice when the order has been sent. If you have any questions, please Contact Us.

In-Stock

In-Stock items are normally shipped within 2-3 business days from the time the payment is received. We will post any shipping delays due to holidays and/or vactions on the main page of the website with a new estimated ship time.

Special Orders

We offer a number of Special order items, which are items that we do not have on hand. Ship time is dependant upon our supplier but we can usually get these items out within 2-4 weeks. We will contact you with an estimated shipment date prior to processing your payment. If the order is to exceed that timeframe and you will then have 48 hours to cancel/change your order.

Gift Packaging
Gift packaging is available on most items at $6.00 per package. Gift packaging is FREE of charge on orders of $200.00 or more. Please allow an extra day to package your gift. We can ship your gift directly, along with a gift message of up to four lines. You will receive a confirmation notice when the order has been sent.
